calculate the clustering coefficient of a network

I want to calculate the clustering coefficient of a network (transformed from a two-mode to a one model network), but Pajek says it is unable to calculate clustering coefficient because the network contains multiple lines. Could someone instruct me how to solve this problem?

Before transforming 2-mode to 1-mode network you should uncheck:
Network / 2-Mode Network / 2-Mode to 1-Mode / Multiple Lines
